Cotton Pickin’ Regatta
Delta Sailing Assoc. will have an abbreviated version of its annual fall regatta, the Cotton Pickin’ Regatta, on Sunday afternoon, September 20, 2020 at 2:00 PM. This is an open regatta so if you’ve got a boat, any kind of boat, come on down and join the fun. We’ll attempt to have a race or two but the goal is to get out on the water and enjoy sailing!
Boat Auction
As well, at 1:30 PM prior to the sailing, DSA will hold an auction of at least three boats that have been given up by members. These boats range from 15 to 23 feet and are all “projects”, some more than others. Auctions have been a good way to recycle used boats to would-be sailors who want to get a boat at what are usually great prices. Yes, at least one of these will require a lot of sweat equity! Details on boats to be sold will be posted on this site in coming days, or send a message requesting information through this website.
